On 2 November 2022, Royal Thai Navy International Fleet Reviews 2022 Task Unit
by HTMS.BHUMIBOL ADULYADEJ arrived at Yokosuka Naval Base safely.
She was given a warm welcome by representative of Yokosuka Naval Base and the
Deputy Thailand-Japan Naval Attache.
In the afternoon, Rear Admiral Chokchai Ruangjam, Commander Task Unit RTN,
paid a courtesy call to the Commandant of Yokosuka Naval Base as a general
naval tradition.
And then The Reception Party was hosted by the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense
Forces at Mercure Yokosuka Hotel. The party was held to welcome international
navies that participating in International Fleet Review. The party was really
welcoming and joyful.
Royal Thai Navy (RTN)'s FFG-471 HTMS Bhumibol Adulyadej frigate as Task Unit
from Thailand has participated International Fleet Review 2022 at Japan on 6
